Set Skills :
Basically you only do wat the set skill's description says , for Ex :

Dark Spear : Darkness binds your spear as you deal 5 hits to your foe

From a certain advancement forward , you can use your abilities freely , needn't use set skills

A Class shall have 4 set skills , and when they advance , they'll get 4 new set skills while still gaining access to their previous ones
Should we apply this into the game ? The Set Skills using class will attack faster ?



Advancement :

Basically , you advance into a new level through a quest line given or a combat tournament or from a permisson of a higher level class ( MUST be the same class as you ).

Ex : Bushido => Samurai * => Shogun => Imperial Shogun **

* = From that advancement forward , you can freely use your abilities , needn't use set skills

** = That Advancement is a 1% chance , as it's one of the most advanced Advancement ( xD )

i think this system will work fine , cuz the low advancement class users are poor Rpers , they can only use set skills => giving them an advantage in combat against higher level class users

While The Higher class users can freely use their abilities , enchancing their combat abilities , making their hits stronger while slowing them down a lil bit to make the battle fair. And beside , higher level class users are usually Decent or Good Rpers , they can handle themselves.

Should we apply this too ?

Rp Rules :

Just some basic rules

1. A Rp line must start and end with - or *
2. A Rp Line which is your action must begin with I would ( or I'd) as the starting word
3. A Rp line which is your combat action must be 5+ words.
4. A RP line which is your finishing combat action must be 10+ words.
5. The line - This connects well- must be typed after your attacks for it to be considered hit.
6. You must type your dodging line after your foe has type their attack line and before they can type -this connects well- for it to be considered a successful dodge.
7. A Rp Line which is your normal daily life action must be 3+ words.
8. You mustn't God Mode in this Rp .
9. You mustn't Void in this RP except when you have successfully dodge an attack, you can move away from your foe.

They're good ideas, but they aren't really good for just a simple rp like this one. the ideas sort of incorporate the fact that this rp is complicated and for elite people only. Whereas we get plenty of newbs and sometimes its those people who make the rp interesting. Plus the ideas sort of make it sound like a video game. Aslo like vouq said, trying to make sure everybody in the rp uses these things makes it alot more difficult in the management department.


Also, won't be on for a while as of my assignment for SOSE. Thing could take a while suh yuh.

well at least can we keep the job advancement thing ? And The RP rules.... IMMA MAKE THEM GO TO SCHOOL FIRST BEFORE THEY CAN RP >:O !!! Which means .... when they first join the Rp , they're normal villagers . Until they go to Rp schools they cannot advance into a job Razz
